My parents are celebrating their 39th today and Kevin's parents are celebrating their 50th. Married on the same day, 11 years apart! They have been such a wonderful influence on our lives. We appreciate the example they are set before us and the life lessons that we have learned from them. Love you all!

And, you're right about gassing the fruit to ripen it. Chris worked at a grocery distribution center in FL and they totally did that. Also, a lady's husband that I worked with there worked at a facility where they irradiated produce to kill off bad bacteria (I think). I can't figure out how hitting our food with radiation could be a good thing, either. It's really maddening. I hope it's going well with you and yours.
